Surestay Hotel By Best Western Wenatchee

It was a real good experience. The whole place was clean and the staff were very amiable and knowledgeable. The location was comfortable and unbeatable right across bridge. It was 1 km from Wendy's, offering quick-service food. Our standard queen room was new-fashioned and beautifully maintained.

Our room was new-fashioned and beautifully maintained with a patio to sit out in, a balcony plus ultra comfortable king sized bed, just what we needed. The location turned out to be convenient and perfect, near the mall, restaurants and a nearby Starbucks. Also, Wenatchee Valley Mall was a few steps away from here.

Convenient location with parking onsite. 15 minutes' drive to the airport.

The hotel's exterior and interior seem dated, with some misleading photos giving an impression of a better view than what's actually there-overlooking commercial buildings. Breakfast options were underwhelming. The fruit looked a bit sad, and the small dining area could get cramped. Navigating the hotel was tricky due to a broken door near our room, forcing a longer trek through the lobby each time.

The breakfast was solid with plenty to choose from, and Barb made sure it was all stocked up. Jay at check-in was super friendly. The room itself was clean, but it felt a bit outdated. Noise from the hall was pretty loud too. Decent experience.

I had a fantastic 3-night stay here! The pool area was amazing, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind. Plus, the breakfast options were better than I expected!

The location is great, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The breakfast was fresh and very clean, which I appreciated. The pillows were uncomfortable and I found the room a bit dark without a ceiling light. The stay was decent for a quick stop while exploring the area.

Family with children will love it

The location was great they had Olive Garden right across the street we had an amazing late meal there and it was perfect after a long day of travel and the breakfast had something for everyone Barb was quick at replenishing the food and that was refreshing to see
